Susan Ledingham has been in the qualified plan consulting and administration field since 1975. Although new to the SES team, Sue was a senior administrator and member of the leadership team at R.K. Schaaf Associates, Inc. when SES acquired R.K. Schaaf in 2014.
Her career has focused primarily on consulting with prospective and existing ESOP plan sponsors, communicating the ESOP to Plan Administrators, Plan Committees, corporate executives and ESOP participants as well as handling all of the plan sponsor’s administration needs. Her experience also includes the development and implementation of processes and procedures for her clients and fellow staff members.
Sue is a member of several industry related organizations, including The ESOP Association (“TEA”) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (“NCEO”). She is a long time member of The ESOP Association’s Advisory Committee on Administration. She has also served TEA as past Chair of the Advisory Committee on Administration and is currently a member of their Board of Governors.
Sue speaks frequently on ESOPs and third party administration issues, has played a major role in the development and update of the TEA Administration Handbook and has authored numerous articles on ESOP issues in various industry related publications.
